“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“Breakfast was fine, staff was great. Cold air vent in our room was horrible- dust hanging off the vents. ”

“My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a girls trip. The location was perfect, within a 10-20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to check in a little early which was extremely convenient for us! We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel doing a complimentary “happy hour” each evening of our stay with up to 3 drinks and a handful of snack options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Complimentary breakfast was decent, the freebie dinner and drinks was nice too. Very safe feeling area, very nice room. Extremely clean, and the staff was great. One of the better hotel experiences I've had in general.”

“The room were very clean. Parking is plenty all around the property. Pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't working good that day. Fitness center is available. Property tucked away from restaurants and shops, will have to take the highway to the next exit for shopping. Will be back.”

“Very outdated. Location appears understaffed. No one to greet you at checkout at the front desk. Updates taking place to the facility but appears to be low grade updates for a building that needs a complete overhaul.”

“The room was very clean and nicely put together. The front desk ladies were extremely welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. ”

“The photos online give the impression of a new build or a very good upgrade. Not the case. The tub was old and would fill up with water when you showered. The walls needed to be wiped down as there was dirt handprints and hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. Once I cleaned that it wasn't bad. It was quiet considering it's proximity to the interstate and the elevator worked. It isn't the worst one I've stayed in. The staff was friendly. And check in was easy.”

“Rooms are clean but the beds are stiff and high off the ground. Im 6ft and sitting on the bed my legs dont touch the ground. The elevator sounds like its going to fall apart and the parking lot is terrible. The staff is good but until the renovations are done and the elevator is fixed id recommend anywhere else.”
